This one is tricky, just thought I'd throw it out there for some opinions
Player in question is
Devias.
Currently he has 4 officers, all with similar stats and UP apart from ytrewq. Over time I've noticed all of his officers' IP changes, a LOT. Especially this ytrewq guy..

Devias' other officers have no records in the galactic attack logs, until I 1 hit them earlier to find their
current IP. Notice they both have the same IP as one of ytrewq's previous.

cimim, jajo and milusia have low, similar stats and UP's bewteen 800k-900k.
Just looks strange to me, I assume Devias if benefitting from multi's to boost his officer UP bonus, I could be wrong though. What gets me is that apart from one of them they all belong to the Immortal alliance... yeah.

like a little investigator you are lol... looks interesting but unless they have same IP as devias then its most likely not going further than this post. the accounts on same IP have to benefit one another. but worth bringing up i suppose

Just think it's worth cleaning Q up, maybe more people would play then
If they are multi's and benifiting an account with a 300k UP bonus, then shouldn't they be removed from the game?
