i farmed the 99 one and i got a threatening messege from him then like 2 mins later i got another messege from 64

and also same thing happend a few days ago i attacked 99 and got another threatening messege and a few mins later from 64
also there names were very close it used to be
firestrike99
and
firestrike95 but when i told the guy #99 it looked suspisous after the threatening messege the other guy changed the name a few mins later so what do you guys think

Not much of a time difference in switching accounts to farm either

Looks a little suspect. To be honest I think there are a few multi's in Firestrike's alliance. Arty Bing ID 29221 and Dude181818 ID 29186. I think they were suspected of Multi's last wave.

It really doesn't matter who found them.. or who reported them it's not like you get anything from it... As long as they get banned..

He posted in the correct section and more than what you posted..

Fastest way to get them banned is to go into the admin meet in IRC.

This forum rarely gets checked anymore.
