i bought a $50 SS with the free ascension earlier this morning but i have not recieved the ascension

why would this be ??


(Quantum , dnt know where the right area is , sorry)

There is a button you need to push to get the ascension.

i know , but this time it did not appear man


i should be able to reach the level 4 ascension but because the button has not appeared even though i have paid , i can only reach level 3 , it seems kind of unfair that i have paid for it and not received part of what i paid for

that is my player ID within quantum , as you can see i am on the PPT from the $50 USS , but no free ascension button , please sort this admin , thank you
