Ease my mind

I had some suspicions about a certain ID (lil al XD)
Buyt it seemed to have died out some months ago ...
Now again there are a few IDs in question of which I keep having my doubts .. or better said me and a few other suspect he/she is a multi.

These 3 IDs in question are what troubles me .... the red ones in particular.
So .. please ...ease my mind and give me something feedback wheter or not this acccount has erased it tracks well ... euhh tell me if its using the same IPs or have a history of it doing so ....
reasons:
Banking in same turn
PPT-ing in same turn
Attacking right after eachother
etc etc
Why did I take so long to complain or ask for a investigation sooner ...
Euhm ... THIS SECTION WAS BLOODY HARD TO FIND !!!
