i dont think it is possible because the game mechanics make the prices change all the time

More like, unless you can predict the future...
Up cost changes according to the average UP + highest up or something. HE could probably shed more light on that.
But either way, unless you know who will increase their up and when, you can't come up with the 100% correct calculations.

I believe if you use some addition, subtraction, divide, times etc..You could come up with an equation of some sort.

you could make calc
with your up and cost for next upgrade, you can calculate top up
then you have all the data you need for calculator
(but i guess it would be pain in the ass to calculate right formulas for calculator)

the formula seems to be different this era than normal altho I have a working formula for top UP (its easier to simply multiply the daily bonus by 24x however normally this ties into a decent formula for figuring cost of UP upgrades.
top UP =(D6/(D5/((((((D6-5)/10)*20000)+25000)))))
D6 = your UP
D5 = Cost of Next upgrade
I can get a formula close to accurate for cost of UP but its not working properly.
closest I got is
=(((C11/2)*((2*((((D6-5)/10)*20000)+25000))+((C11-1)*50000)))*(IF(D6/D8>0.4999,(D6/D8),0.5)))
C11 = Number of UP upgrades
D8 = Current top UP
sleepy would know better as these were his codes that I simply tweaked some to reflect more accurate to this era. altho he isn't around to have looked at this era.
Havn't bothered to mess with it much as I can't really be bothered to.

could someone pm Sumplfying this to high school level maths?

FYI, I played around with some of the above calc's and have changed the formula after my latest 9999... I've got the calculation to within 0.001060808 couldn't be arsed getting it any closer.
Need to test it on the next purchase but it might get you closer.
PS, it is 0.001% ABOVE but i'd still add a few bil/Tril Naq to be safe.
=(((C11/2)*((2*((((D6-5)/10)*20000)+25000))+((C11-1)*125000)))*(IF(D6/D8>0.4999,(D6/D8),0.5)))
Part in green was amended from 50,000
Edit... upped calculation to ensure you withdraw more than enough NAQ... above calc should work.. (ignore the 0.001% - now slightly higher to allow for rounding on smaller purchases)

Wow that is a lot of mathematics going on in here. I bet if your friend has best up it would help........

Another Edit on the last post...
Use 125900 in the equation to give you Above and beyond for a 9999...
