Alliance invite problem/bug

my friend in the newly formed training alliance "Nemesis Storm" Tried to invite someone not in an alliance every time he does it it tell him that he's already invited them......
so he found out that if they make an alliance the disband it ,,,,,it allows him to invite them properly as they dnt receive the invite in the 1st place........
please fix

one of my mates recently had an invite from an alliance that apparently did not exist...
all we did was wait the 48 hours until the invite expired...
Still, perhaps these bugs are related somehow?

I've also experienced similar problem with sending invite along with another alliance leader in our empire. it was never resolved, still not sure what the problem was.
