no such user ID found in active rankings.Ostracized were the accounts caught cheating I believe(banished,expelled).

If people put a little effort in to being a bit more helpful then they'd look your account up through their Personal log and see what the situation is with your account. Like Empy did.
But the guys are right, Ostrazised is only manual bans not auto.
