damn, In Ascended Server, I dont give a
SHOUT of any MS.
The only action that worth trying is:
HA, DM and Descening Hits. Others.. I don't see a point to build it up.
So, hell with MS..

I concur if you like producing a lot of turns then having a CS fully built just gives you to much rank IMO

The CS does not affect rank anymore.

Have not worked on this in like a year. I did get it to rank 4 when i built it up about a year ago. And i can confirm that CS does not effect overall rank.
