silly question

Most people will advise you to ascend more first as it gives you pretty awesome % bonuses. You can just join the 100% negates ascended blessing house, but ascended accounts still have the % bonus to all stats.

Buying an ascended account would be much more efficient.

what level u reckon jim ? i have looked at a few and bidding for an lg with decent covert levels

Or try to ascend it yourself.

it depends on how you use it,
it doesn't really require skill so much, just experience and knowledge, id say join an alliance and they can teach you the knowledge. The experience you will gain by doing

don't worry about covert levels when buying an account if its an lg.

because you'll probably want to ascend more after that.
just work off army size, ms and ascended.

thanks for the advice guys ! i have ascended a few account and the first few suck *bleep* so might look for an already ascended account
