It says I have no resources. I've got the naq covered and Total Fighting Force 5,247,584 when all that's needed is 10,240,000 Naquadah & Minimum 5,120,000 souls)

The Supers don't seem to count as souls, but I still have enough UU to ascend.

Supers count as souls. Every units does except for mercenaries. The thing is, it actually costs more than 10,240,000 naq to ascend. I'm not sure why it says that number for every ascension. Try to get out some more naq. Not sure how much, maybe around 100 bil. But that's just a guess.
