I didn't Attack anyone... THIS is VERY ANNOYING!
I think it's been happening for at least 3-4 days.

Did we ever get an answer to this one, it is still happening, I've lost over 2000 turns in the last couple of weeks at least, as I did not hardly do any Attacking the first month or so of Q Era, and I had over 4K ATs built up then when I started using ATs this weekend, I was down to about 2.3K or so??
HAHA I knew the Clones Sucked ballz this Era (can't be killed or hardly slowed at all...), slept with Mrs. Affy, NOW they are STEALING my Turns!!!

I talked to jason about it.. he said that it was intended to reduce inactive turn growth.
Didn't tell me the specifics but I believe above x turn amount (maybe 6k?) you lose 10 a turn instead of gaining them.
kinda painful thing to not know tho.. i noticed I lost some as well.
Not exactly a bug though.

Must be close to 4k I think. I've hardly logged in yet still have like 4k. Might be over 6k you lose, between 4k and 6k you don't gain?

Its tied into Rank somehow also, when I was not playing the Era and floating around above Rank 100-150 I did not lose turns at all. When I got serious about trying to stay under Rank 100 to see if I could squeeze out some of those MFring Clones and stay in G&R points I went from like 5700 ATs down to 400 in only a week or so.
If you login about 2 times a day, Attack something at least a few times, then you start gaining ATs again. Crappy thing was that once I dropped down so low, I could barely stay active with the Attacks several times a day, and then trying to use 480 ATs for the Daily Market turn, I have been scrapping bottom on ATs so it was hard to maintain rank under Rank 100 for G&R, AND still gain enough ATs to use on the Daily market. It was pointless to buy ATs with NAQ as that is spending an hour Farming to then buy ATs to gain hardly squat.
It is an interesting means to reduce Feeding though, as I could not use nor buy enough ATs to farm enough to Feed a gnat, much less maintain my rank under 100 to stay in G&R with all the Clones. Finally had to resort to using a Weekly Bonus to gain ATs! HAHA
