I miss it so.

How can we bring it back? We need an event of some sorts....

Everybody bring their favourite RP ideas to the table.

I think it would help bring new players to the game, and make it more interesting. Better than just a stat building game.

Need to get into the characters of our accounts, System Lords, Humans, Asgards...

The best way, imho, would be a friendly war I believe, maybe even a friendly race war with those who think they can fight from each race fighting for which race is best.

maybe bring back the Stargate races ingame, possibly not even the 8 we started with. Maybe give perks again to each race, so that the game isn't full of the same accounts, where some are just better than others, but rather have specialised accounts on races.

who knows what could happen. I don't think the fact that the SG shows are cancelled helps a lot tbh, but thats nothing we can change.

If anything, the show cancellations should help bring new members. people who still want to live the stories of SG. Hence the need to implement some form of RP? ya dig?

Surely this is one of the largest groups of people who ever cared about the StarGate Series...

They would not... bringing back anything Stargate ingame is out of the question.

Best way to bring back roleplaying? I didn't realize it was gone. Just... do it?

So bring back the idea that for Goa'uld's it's okay to be unpleasant just because they are 'in character'.... right....

I find that really amusing a request, given all the supposed system lords and how many war's they've had on the ancients and other races yet they openly allow Tok'ra to flourish.

I would put forward that it has been the other races who have done more to rid the galaxy of the Goa'uld's traitors and possibly it's time payment is due.

Lets make a list of ID's of players in each individual race on here since MGM have power over the forums and then follow that in a new race war?

Agreed, more role-play is needed. First step would be to remove the 'free race' thingy and impliment 2-4 races that people would have to choose from. We need good guys, semi good guys, evil guys etc.

And I need more tok'ras to destroy!

so I choose to be a 'snake-head' in here coz I originally joined because of my love for SG, and specially the Goa'ulds in the show.

This game was at it best when role-playing was the biggest part of it, we had battles between races and lots of great forum fights between members of different races, and all in good fun.

Depsite what people say, this game needs all types of players. Not just peace offering nice players but also the powerhungry warmongers.
