Now generally if you can see their naq and army size, you can spy them safely. If you can't, don't try, you are just going to lose spies and get caught.
If you are sabbing then make sure you an see their stats and send in about 5% more covert than they have. You will lose 5% of your spies per successful sab and 50% on a failed sab (it says 100% but it's 50%)
If you want to AC someone - that will kill their covert units, it's generally done on someone with 0 defence but if not, it is possible to AC through the defence but this costs more AC agents.

A more detailed explanation requires something more of a specific question.

4.if "you" have 300k rawUP will you start ascending again? Yep, and already have. I would though prepare for ascending properly before hand - stock pile UU and naq so that you can ascend easily and without break.

This is if I'm below Origin. If my account was Origin, then I'd ... well I'd probably do the last three ascensions just to finish them but it would partially depend on what you wanted.

These are my main questions,that consumes me. If the answers are secret or i had to know them until now, well im sorry.
