Anyone else having a income issue?

I normally have 42+ bill income, but after going into my weekly PPT my income will only rise to 32 bill? I have removed officer, removed nox, and returned realm alert to none. I have not changed my amount of miners in months.

Any suggestions?

I saw you are descended. Perhaps that lowers one's income?
