PUG its the damn admin.... its never off ppt same with the same with the jtest accounts. He can do what ever he wants on a account thus having 15 planets. At time they have been spotted off ppt but you rarly see them off

well you learn something new everyday and i dont see how reporting a possible cheater is a fail or shall we just not bother reporting anything in case someone decided to ridicule you for it, nice

Usually when reporting someone you check the id's of them and thir officers for multi'ing, yes??
