Go to your User Control Panel
Select User Groups - under options top left hand
Select Voters - hit submit
doesn't take long to be be accepted.
There's a minimum post count to join I believe

you are quite correct, ƒëmmë ƒatalë... The minimum post count to be accepted is 115 posts...
