Suspension/Banned

What is normally the timescales of investigation into accounts regarding cheating?
On the 25th Dec my account was suspended and I have been emailing Admin every since with no reply. I was wondering is that normally the way until the investigation is over or have I been given the silent treatment hoping I will go away.....

I was on line at the time and as I refreshed the page I noticed all ???? come up on my stats then the page closed down
to Gatewars Home page.
About 3 hours earlier I bought some resourses ,I was treating myself as it was Christmas
