i can change my ascended race from ajna to tolah without ascending ?

no and even if you do ascend it will not change. You will have to get a unascended and ascend it as a tolah or buy a ascended account with tolah.

He changes the title on Main but not your race on ascended server. At least that's what he did when I asked.
