Isn't there supposed to be 24hrs between relation changes?

but war was set first the neutral even if he hit duder x amount of times he would still have to wait 24hours before setting neutral again

The person in question has officers - there used to be a bug that if you used the set relations to neutral button that is only available for a commander it would override all other relation settings....I thought Jason had removed it, but it may still work....
Can someone try to replicate it who has officers?

Yeah it's total neutrality. Guerrero set me to war then back to neutral 3 times in one night. Pretty much makes the auto war a pointless feature...

I was sure it got removed too, but it seems that is not the case anymore and people are still abusing it.
Sad to see it done by high profile players who know better.
I guess we should bring it to Jason's attention at the admin meet tomorrow.
