Can't spy/attack people.

Whenever I'm trying to spy someone I get this message:
Unclear target. You either have the wrong info, or the universe has changed around you in your period of inaction...

And when I try to attack someone:

The admin mentioned he was going to make some changes today in the meet. This is either a by product or an intentional disable to allow him to adjust the things he needs to and he switch it back when he is done.

It must of just kicked in or whatever as half an hour ago people were massing and farming it seems.

Yep looks like the server is broken
Update...some people now seem to be able to farm. Others can`t.

update: attacking/spying is now possible via the old or long way of doing things
click name of person, click attack button, input number of turns, click attack
the quick access buttons however are what are not working.
