Make base races actually feasable

Well this was a thought that just popped like poof in my cranium...

Lets make all the unascended races worth while...Obviously not better than ascended races but a bit more specialized

Like ascending would only create balance in accounts

So increase the race bonuses quite drastically in the area that the race specializes in, by min 50% more as unascended races do have weaker weapons

Also bring a advantage to daimons

Make them on the same level as AG , with a unit production that is 1/4 of normal accounts cost with Double losses, and to counter the influx of $$ sellers they should not be able to trade units and have raiding kill their units as it is true that being descended makes you a bit weak to traverse to another population while being a citizen


This could also help bring back role play

I support this idea fully! :)
i think i would bring balance and broaden the strategy and player bank.

Was moved to archive, but I had actually developed a system for this.

Basically, you can choose to ascend (and the benefits of that) or improve your current stats with relation to your race. There's a basic outline on the first page, that was further developed later in the thread. I also included the ability for ascended accounts to be able to take advantage of the change.

Edit: And I like the idea for daemons. May need to make them a little stronger, but I like the line of thought.
