Only warning: hijackers will be shot on sight, smartasses and survivors will be shot twice.

Now The Rules State.

Section 4: Spam

B. Replies
Replies will be considered spam if they do not contribute to the discussion of the topic, or derail the topic from the intended purpose as defined in the opening post. This may include multiple replies that contain nothing more than emoticons or small words such as ‘lol’. While it is appropriate to indicate something is amusing, drowning out a whole thread with such posts makes it hard to follow for all users. In addition, creating several, consecutive posts in a row will also be considered spam if the poster chooses to not use the edit function.

Replying to moderator posts in a topic is defined as spam. The discussion of the moderator's actions belongs in the designated forums or private messages.

Consequence:
A polite note from a moderator will be issued requesting the user cut down the amount of irrelevant posts. Repeat offenders will be given one warning point.

I wasn't spamming before in that thread, so this was a first i Admit it was off topic, but the rules say a polite note from a mod, But i Received A warning Point From Jack, I feel this was out of line and thought on too quickly

I Request The Warning Point Removed.

It has long since been SoP to warn in such cases. Blah blah.

It's generally accepted that you do not publicly reply to a moderators verbal warning in a thread. If you had a problem with that, PM him.

Whether it deserved a warning or not is not up to me.
