ascended 4 times with no title ?

i have ascended 4 times so i should be incarnate of the ajna, when i recently ascended this morning that ascended title displayed under my name for a very short period of time then disapeared. in my command center it says i have ascended power level 4 but no special technology, and it also seems i have no ascended server account , i dont know what to do to fix this if i can at all??
altough i was a daimon after my 3rd ascension so will i ever be able to keep the ascended title?

also when you turned diamond you chose not to play ascended server.
