the temperature is back at comfortable levels... -18.8 degrees...

The wind chill here was -32 a few days ago... Quite comfortable indeed.

that sounds nice empy... There's not much wind here... but there can be fog here at pretty much any time... (the only weather type incapable of fog here is hurricane-strength wind)

Heh, Zera where I live it has fog 99% of the time..
Funny enough, you can walk 5 minutes up the hill and there won't be any fog, but where my apartment sits, there's usually fog >.>.

Stable near-constant fog isnt the same... Its the flexibility of the fog here that makes it special...

Its late winter but warm here..all the blooms will be happening in 3 weeks and we only had 1 big snow but very frigid temps this winter.
