The Omega Allegiance hereby declares war against Ricos due to a few of their members repeatedly breaking the long-term NAP in place, without resorting to the legal alternatives he could have. Omega doesn't go to war as often as we once did, but when we do..we strike hard. It is wise not to awaken a sleeping giant. Take that lesson to the grave!
