Do LoneWolves get any bonus to income?
Also what are the ranges for Alliance tax? Are they permanently set to 1%?

Moved.
I do not believe lone wolfs get bonus to income, they get defense and covert bonuses I believe. If you have no CO, you get 10% income bonus to yourself. Alliance tax is currently 1% and there is no option to change it.

Is there a house bonus that increases income? And if so, what is its value and where in the calculations is it added?

There is, it adds 10%. I do not know at what point it is added, though I believe it is before planets.
