Krav Maga teaches only a few techniques, and is only built for the battlefield , where you would not encounter a highly trained fighter.
The Krav fighter goes for a strike, the Jiu Jitsu fighter snaps whichever limb he uses to strike, puts him on the ground and chokes him out.
Thats my logic...

Actually, Krav Maga teaches you simple techniques based on reflex. These would be the bricks to whatever strike or defense you would like to mount, with the mention that Krav Maga is a self defense system and not a martial art, devised for people that can't spend hours a day training. You use your wits and reflexes rather than katas or complex stances.
I'd say an experienced, intelligent and trained fighter could use any style against another and win easily.
