People should realize that the amount of people who use(d) vacation as a strategy are a minority, and I don't see why all of the 90% people who use vacation/PPT for real life reasons should be disadvantaged because 10% of vac/PPT users might do it for strategy purpose.

OK - fair enough. The casual player uses the setup as is. Some others may ride those functions for strategic reason, but they are being used legit by most -or at least some
SO - this update is now no update. It stays as is...
My goal was to ensure things stay interesting and ppl could not 'hide' from the game... not to punish the casual player
SO if all is OK as is by most, the most have it... no change to current vac/ppt rules...
