Post your Top 3 anime series of all time!


In no particular order:

Naruto (for its length, plot and diversity)
Soul Eater (For its characters, animation and comedy)
Death Note (because it got me and many others into anime and is the antithetic to Hollywood)

Naruto - Same as Jim. It has good fight scenes, a solid plot, and huge diversity.

Code Geass - One of, if not the best Mecha animes of all time. It has all of the key elements of an amazing anime.

I cannot pick my last favorite anime, as it's a huge tie for first between Samurai Seven and Rainbow.

Too hard to say.

I think FullMetal Alchemist is hands down number one, but following come many animes that I can't even bother to list off atm.

Am I the only person in the world that thought naruto was stupid?

cant really distinguish between them because they are all so awesome so

1. Gundam Wing - epic storyline - epic mecha (gtho Geass) - first anime i ever watched (aged 6)

1. Trigun - what can i say, it wins so hard

1. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood - a great story, interesting characters, alchemy!!!! = win

naruto, bleach and one piece would be my faves in terms of series which are long running and have kept my interest (not so much bleach now that aizen has been defeated - series should have ended there imho)

Every single time I read this thread, I want to revise what I said.

So I'm just going to do it this way.

Every single anime that is "amazing" like Gundam 00, Code Geass, Naruto, Bleach, FMA, FMA: Brotherhood, etc are my top.

1. Black Lagoon (Both seasons + OVA)
2. Clannad (Both seasons)
3. IS

I can't put a top 3, so I will put the ones that got me into it.

The first two I watched from a very young age... I can remember watching Keropi and Sailor Moon when I was in kindergarten. Pokemon/DBZ i got into when i was 8 or 9.

hajime no ippo anime was ok, manga is sooooo much better though
