Lots of AT???

Not sure if this belongs here or not but lets give it ago anyway.
Is there a way of getting more than 10k AT's on you at once? I always thought you couldnt anymore but when raiding I saw a guy with over 28k AT's.
Is this possible? or is it a glitch?

Among other possibilities;
- Buying AT's on ingame Black Market. (I believe 1.2k per $, so for the max 50$ you could get 60k ATs.. this is tradeable ones. I believe no established limit to goods purchased in BM.)
- Buying personal AT's with MT's. (I believe no established limit.)
I believe there are other methods, as well.

ive had 40k turns at one point, most of them were personal turns though (36k)

I had 250K turns at xmas, when Jason has a sale on in the black market....
