Just wondering, I could only find him via planet beacon, and I just used last one.

i think i have seen another thread like this and someone said it means the account has been frozen/suspended pending investigation for whatever reason...

Ostracized accounts are already banned and the investigation is already over, that account has been iced by Game Admin.. most likely a large multi string considering the size of the account. Auto ban doesn't add that to an account it's been hit via GameAdminTeam.

Exactly. You can tell it's been manually banned by that title. Shame, some of those 'ostracized' (I prefer ostracised *grin*) accounts have rather huge supplies of naq that I'd love to steal.
They are purged on occasion, by the way.
