i try sending a member of our alliance a message and he says i am not blocked yet i receive the following message upon trying to send! :

You are blocked from sending mail to this individual. Question your actions, and your content. Too many blocks, and all seeing eyes will be watching

any thoughts?

"Question your actions, and your content. Too many blocks, and all seeing eyes will be watching" Sounds to me like you have the block? As in you've blocked them, not them blocking you

It is the message you get when the recipient has blocked you.

Unfortunately, the "Unblock all senders" function does not work, so once you have been blocked by someone, they cannot unblock you.
