Anyone else having this problem? Been on vac for a week....tried to login and it keeps coming back with:

You are not logged in. Please try to login again. Please note that cookies MUST be enabled to login, for security reasons. Only your player ID (not password or email) are kept in the cookie.

Pretty sure my details are correct - used those saved on comp from last login, and tried forgot details, neither of which let me in....

Am I doing one of those stupid noobie things?

EDIT:

It no longer says I'm Dormant in main, and I have the extra bonus in main, but still can't actually access my ascended - any ideas?

Possibilities I can think of from an intermediate point of view:

Account has been descended (your ascended self died)

You changed your password last time you logged in, and forgot to login again with the new password in order to change the stored password.

Your cookies aren't enabled. Once you enable them, you get free milk.

You really did forget your password. Use the forgot login option and imput your E-mail address. You should receive an E-mail with the password and login. (It happened to me once to forget my password. I used the service and it worked.)

Maybe you changed your login name. Again, use the forgot login option.

if your details are saved, then just press login.. it will refresh wth your email and password.. just need to fill in the code and username.. if email and password don't show then I guess cookies got cleaned out

Thanks for the suggestions. I think it must have been the lack of cookies....but I could login to main fine, so didn't think it was that.

Anyways, this can be locked now. Cheers
