3 days later, steals one of my planets (Big income planet :'().
MSG'd him, he said he is ready for war and will strip my alliance and i will lose more... Lets test his theory.

lol @ planet losses getting repaid unless there was a major defence on it,
its not really worth it to repay for planet losses for 1 side... both are in a vendetta.. both started over a planet...

what about other dudes planet losses? should he get repaid?
