So me and my better half have booked tickets to Ibiza this summer.

Have you guys been there? Or plan to go?

To those of you that have been there, any advice for me how to have as much fun as possible? How did you like it? How were the people?

I've been to Mallorca but obviously these two islands are somewhat very different.

Oh and if any of you plan to go there this summer, when?

im planing to go there tis summer, begining of july. the best advice i ve herd is dont go in august. its a nightmare and dont drive if u ve got more then 2 beers u ll get caught

A very large underage portion of the 'population' hangs out there. You don't meet them if you're paired up though. Hopefully.
I went there, and it was fun, but I had 2 bodyguards. Like. Actual bodyguards. And they were necessary.

But Kj, when you're there, have a blast, and make sure you see more than just the party-end. From the pics you posted, it seems you're going partly for nature there.. don't be disappointed. It's awesome, but small.

I don't plan to rent a car on the other hand we plan to rent 4 Wheelers ( 4 wheel motorbike) and cruise around the island. Before I go drinking I might add.

I also heard it's not good to go in August. So don't intend to.

Hope you have a great time on your trip. I'll be back a couple of days before you leave, I'll tell you how it was.

Thanks for the heads up Juliette, I don't intend to just party. I wanna get a good tan and travel around the 'entire' island.

Judging from all the pictures it's very beautiful. I'll also take some boat trips hopefully.

And I'm going with a group, a couple of bodyguards (or equal strength) will be there as far as I know.

ill be traveling 30 june - 11 july barcelona - ibiza - barcelona (4-8 ibiza), i herd boats are pretty salty yawww , north ppl are amazed to see the sunset boo duno i ebt its nothing special apart there are like 5k ppl watching at it

Sounds fun. Although, it reminds me of a fancier version of Brazil for some reason..no idea why..I've never even been to Brazil but seen photos taken from around Rio De Janiro or however spelt..

ibiza deserves nuking imho.. full of drunk brits and annoying, loud, idiots/muppets/wasters/disco and other crappy music ppl...

Easy there sunshine... don't disrespect techno/electro/house/trance and minimal music.

I did Ibiza back in the day, mid 90s San Antonio week long party, Sun Dance ( rave in an old zoo with the animal enclosures turned into dance floors and the Seal enclosure opened up as a pool ), Cream, Eden , Es Paradise, watching the sun set and rise at Cafe Del Mar, even when it rained for a couple of hours the rain was warm so we stayed in the pool, racing scooters, dropping 3 or 4 pillls a night and dancing til dawn, getting laid and sleeping on the balcony cause it was too hot to sleep indoors, full cooked breakie everyday, the 'Lucky Lucky' men on every corner selling you everything from fake watches to pills and weed..........

Bloody brilliant and loved every minute

Also called in sick for a week when I got home cause I needed another holiday to recover from my holiday lol

Mezz, back then I was like 5 years old how ever I do hope it's still as much fun.
