We have noticed rapidly increasing numbers of ascended beings within the higher realms. We thought we should teach them what is their right to know.
We ourselves are still exploring the universe, but what we already know, we will share with you.
1. Command Panel
1a. Base - Physical Command Center - A page very much like the one on the gatewars main, it allows you to overview general information of your realms, and access the misc. options, such as vacation, voluntary self-descension, and identity changing. One may figure what each command does.
1b. Introspection - Self Stats - A page where you may view more detailed information about yourself and your realms. Most of the information you'll want to check regularly is in here.
1c. Power Up - Enhance Your Personal Skills - After one has gathered enough life force to feel fit, and some more to feel safe, one may spend the residual energies he generates or gathers here, to better themselves.

Personal Skills
- Energy Attack Power is the power you can use to attack other ascended beings directly. In other words, this is the skill you use for descending other ascended beings.
- Energy Attack Skill is the skill you have when attacking another. If you have no skill, you will miss, easily be dodged, or have very little to no effect on your ascended target.
- Energy Absorption power measures your ability to absorb energy attacks directed at you by another ascended being. In other words, you get hurt less.
- Energy Absorption skill is the skill you have in absorbing a part of the energy another ascended being attacks you with.
- Repulsion is the skill which one may only use when within their own realm - in other words, when one is personally attacked. Think of dodgeball. If you catch the ball, you can throw it back.
- Personal constitution.. to keep it fairly simple, think of it as your body build. Strong persons will take less damage from say, kicks and punches.
- Energy Flow is the ability of an ascended being to gather life force in order to heal themselves. It affects your life force regeneration at a higher scale than Energy Channeling, but affects life force reserve and cache regeneration at a lower rate.
- Energy Channeling is the ability of an ascended being to channel the energies they pass by in order to heal themselves, gather backup life force, or store life force in a surplus cache for bettering themselves. This affects all three regeneration rates at a rough equal, based on importance. (A horse gets lots of wheat, a dog gets some meat, and a rat gets a small piece of cheese, to make an analogy)
- Max Natural Energy Capacity is your most prized and expensive "skill". This affects the amount of life force and life force reserves you may store at a given time, thereby increasing your offensive potential greatly.
Physical Realm Abilities (Think of it like the Technology tab)
- Outward Charisma affects the number of planets choose to worship you each time a recon flight is sent. (+ planets/day per planet seeking fleet)
- Production Capacity gives your miner/farmer planets better technology with which to gather resources and therefore pay you tribute. (+ DMU per miner planet)
- Physical Realm Attack Strength allows you to develop better war technologies and war tactics, therefore giving more offensive potential to your worlds. (+offensive strength per armed offensive planet)
- Physical Realm Defense Strength allows you to develop better defense technologies and war tactics, therefore giving more defensive potential to your worlds. (+defensive strength per armed defensive planet)
- Physical Realm Covert Capacity allows you to develop better covert technologies and stealth tactics, therefore giving more spying potential to your worlds. (+covert per covert planet. Like the Covert skill from main)
- Physical Realm Assassin Prowess allows you to develop better, concealable weapons for your assassins, giving more assassination potential to your worlds. (+anti covert per anticovert planet)
1d. Cosmic Development - Develop your Worlds into Functional Planets - Allows you to train those who follow you on a cosmic scale. Planet titles vary with your chosen path, as expected.
In the training manager to the right, listed in order:
- Miner planets, they give tributes and sacrifices, which reach you in the form of Dark Matter units.
- Offensive planets, along with their superior counterpart, may be ordered to attack planetary dark matter unit banks, destroy planets entirely, or hunt assassins.
- Evolved offensive planets
- Defenders, along with their superior counterpart, defend the other worlds in your name.
- Evolved defenders
- Intelligence planets, they spy the realms in close proximity to them, and give regular reports on what they find. They can be ordered to find more thorough information, but they may be caught doing so.
- Assassins may be ordered to destroy intelligence or military planets silently.
Cosmic Exploration Fleets are groups of a hundred vessels, each fleet being able to find and convert one planet per day. If you are charismatic (see Charisma within PowerUp -> Personal Skills) they may find and convert much more than that.
One may also reclaim a trained planet using the commands directly under the training manager.
1e. Planetary Fleets - Arm your military planets with space fleets - This tab allows you to arm your trained offensive / defensive planets.
As we believe, all of the ascended beings call their weapons the same. There is no detailed explanation needed for the weapons, but naturally the most expensive ones are the most durable and powerful ones.
1f. The Cosmos - View of Others near you, to befriend, subdue, or subterfuge. In other words, "Battlefield".
You should be already used to this tab. Most things are the same as in the lower plane, but the actions you can do to interact with the other beings are different:
- You need to first select the ascended being whose lands you wish to assault.
- You may send psychic messages to the ascended being of choice
- Military actions: You may steal dark matter units by attacking, destroy random planets, and hunt assassins with your offensive army.
- Intelligence: Recon the enemy's territories, find out who is the leader of the worshiping planets, (God Quest - find the ascended being's account from Main) sabotage their weaponry, or even initiate a cosmic rebellion. By doing the last action, if successful, the planets affected will not provide any assistance to their previous "god". Instead, they will sit idle, or worship you instead.
- Assassination: Destroy intelligence or military planets.
- Direct Assault: You may choose to duel another ascended being for a few eons - either for the fun of it, or to descend them.
WARNING: We do not encourage any of the above actions, but do not forbid them. We do however, interfere if you attack helplessly inferior or helplessly superior beings. It is our wish that the inferior be allowed to better themselves until they reach your level, and that the superior beings not be bothered by space mosquitoes. (You can only attack others within 1/5 of your population size and 5 times larger)
1g. Historic Battles - Histories of Battles fought by you - In here you may view the reports of successful and failed attacks, initiated by others or yourself. You can only view battles that concern your own realm. (Attack Log, as equivalent to Main)
1h. Histories of Deceit - Histories of Intelligence and Assassin Missions on you - You may view all covert and anticovert operations done by you or by others on you here. (Intelligence, as equivalent to Main)
1i. Cosmic Trade - Exchange with others on the Ascended MarketPlace - You may trade Dark Matter units for life force, life force for Dark Matter units, Turns for Dark Matter Units, and Ascension Points for Life Force here. (The equivalent of the Main's Marketplace, except there is no limit per week. Private trade is not possible as far as we know)
1j. Command Star - Build Upon your Realm's most awesome physical construct - your personal command Star! - The equivalent of a lower plane Mothership, a Command Star adds offensive and defensive capabilities to your realms. Its "weapons" and "shields" are affected by your Physical Realm Attack power and Defense power, as of later updates.
As with a mothership, you need to buy weapon and shield slots before you may create the weapon and shield generators themselves.
1k. Leave at your peril - Log out - Take a break from management and go to the Cafe to discuss your and/or other ascended beings' actions.
2. Game Mechanics
Mostly similar to the Main gatewars, but with some significant changes:
You may descend others, therefore remove them permanently from the ascended ranks.
You may be descended, therefore removed permanently from the ascended ranks.
There is no limit to your stats, but planet/day production starts slowing down once you reach certain numbers. It decreases as a percentage.
Once you attack an ascended being directly, you are on a "cooldown" time of 2 or 3 hours (can't remember exactly)
In order to successfully descend a person, you need to either have eliminated all of their defenses, or have so much higher offensive power that their defenses don't matter. You fight other ascended beings by yourself, no army. Here, your personal stats are used.
As before stated, you cannot attack but only within 1/5 and 5 times your army size.
To diminish confusion, if you have an army size of 10, you can only attack another person with the army size of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6..... 50.
We allow you to directly attack any being, no matter what army size. But we will interfere and greatly diminish your powers against the said being.
Once you have been descended or descended willingly, you may not return to the higher planes. You will be stuck between the realms, keeping only so much knowledge you had. To give an equivalent so you may imagine, think of Anubis. We may shift those rules if we find them unfair in the future. (Maybe we'll convince the staff to increase that number to "can ascend another time if you were descended but that's it"?
)You use covert planets to steal planets, and even then there's not a 100% chance you'll steal the planets, rather make them unusable.
Offensive planets can hunt assassins.
There is no DMU bank. You may however, convert DMUs to life force and store it as cache. (hint hint) You'll notice however, a 0 will magically disappear in the number of DMUs you converted to life force and then back to DMU.
