Vac on ascended but not dormant in main

Got a newbie question:
How does someone appear to be on vac in ascended (taking a break or whatever its called up there) but not dormant or descended in main? Presumably they're still getting the ascended bonuses (though I've not checked) - just wondering how this can be?

if ure ascended account is vaced u get %50 bonus instead of 100% in main realm i think...

My point is that if you're in vac in main it should say:
Living God of a DORMANT AJNA
Or if descended:
Living God of a DESCENDED AJNA
Instead it reads like normal (and so they presumably get the full stat bonus, but are undescendable) - any ideas?

Vacced ascended accounts can be found by ID, so get a look at one of those fancy lists and voilá, you'll find they're disconnected.
Had the same thing happen to me once. Admin fixed it.
Not the -apparently- structural problem though.
