Hey, I seem to have lost supporter status.

On tuesday I logged on, noticed I'd been hammered over the past few days, so I set my realm alert to critical. Realised about an hour later I was going to be away from a computer for the next two days anyway, so I put it on vacation mode. Logged on thursday, noticed I no longer had a {supporter status} tag next to my name and I couldn't trade for turns, naq, or uu.

Uh, anyway to get it back? Or will I have to trade for it again?

I have noticed this too, I'am still on vacation so cannot comment fully, but as far as i can see i have lost SS as it is missing from next to my name and when i click Market it only comes up that i can trade for SS.

I need this sorted out soon if poss forum Thanks.

same, i went on vacation mode for 3 days cuz my internet got shut off, i get it back and log in, no SS

This is still a problem, anymore ppl getting it?

Yeah, i lost it too, ive emailed support but nothing has been done yet..

I also have e-mailed. I have also advised all officers and alliance members NOT to go on Vac mode.

I've lost my SS too! I went on vacation because I was being pummeled by Sabbers so this is getting on my nerves..

have you had a reply yet?? i emailed on thurs 26th and again yesterday (sat 28th) and i still havnt had a reply..

i dont know if admin works on the game over the weekend but this should be sorted by monday evening at the latest...

dont bug admin he is very busy with choas and other games and he must get a couple off 100 complaints each day so dont expect yours to be special

While I agree that patience is required, the game automatically canceling SS for every player who goes on vacation mode is a pretty serious bug and probably worth "bugging" Forum about at least to make sure he's aware that it's a widespread problem. I can understand, I would probably send an email along too if it had happened to me.

the main server is more important as most players are on it and chaos is still in development - ppl that are on it expect to encounter bugs etc

but a bug on the main server should be the priority, especialy one this big

does forum even know about this bug?

you make it sound like this is just me complaining about some petty thing like he miss-spelt mothership or something...

this is lots of people, not just me, and its a serious bug.

It's almost stopped the formation of the new alliance that I am working on since I've gotten used to sending,naq,turns,and troops to people....If I don't have $$ I can't trade on the market to get my next spy level...

Yeah I went on holiday on thursday, so of course i put myself on vacationmode. The thing is, I paid money for my ss (got my salary on wednsday ) so I would really like my ss, as do the rest of the folks here of course.

Sending an email about it after writing this. Kinda annoying..
