Im not yet at the trading cap, but when i am i know i am unable to trade my Naq for UU but am i aloud to sell uu?

Yep!

you can no longer trade units from one account to the other, but you can still increase your army by raiding

He means (well at least i think he does) can you sell trade your units to someone else for naq or AT's with thetrade broker over the trade cap, which you can.

yeah you can do that but i mean when your at trade cap and just wana increase your AS over the trade cap the only solution is to raid

Yeah I mean can you sell UU! Say you are are 340 mil UU! Can you sell 70 mil UU to someone else for Naq through a broker? So you have 270 mil UU and (at current rates) 42 trill naq?
