Out of curiosity lets see if this poll can work this way, alliances listed in no particular order and apologies for all those not listed but the pole is limited to 25 multiple choice options.

Remember it says which sides would you like to see, not most likely, or what you've heard in whispers.

For the purposes of this poll and too give a point of reference to start from ASSUME OE IS ON SIDE A

When comes the 'who do you expect to see on each side in SW3'?
Anyway, 'like to see'. Tough choice

Interesting thread. I think we should give the community what the community wants to see.

Like in the TV business, give the audience what they want.

Why are we so fixed on 2 sides though?

I'd like to see 3 sides in the next war.

Side: 1 Empire with their followers

Side 2 Empire with their followers

Side 3: Independent alliances only.

To bad it probably wont happen that way though.

3 sided would be interesting but less likely IMO

What the community wants, much like what the public crave in RL is to see the biggest battling each other just as politicians, celebrities and sports teams / athletes get the most press and attention when in conflict. The GC is aptly named, blood sports for public entertainment and amusement lol

Tried to make one like this, but it provided no viable feedback.

This doesnt neccessarily work. For example:

if i were to put OE and DDE side A, then joe bloggs put OE and DDE side B, wouldnt it show as one vote for OE side A, one vote for OE side B and the same for DDE. this is the same as if two people both put OE and DDE on opposite sides.

That would be the 'no viable feedback' part. Indeed.

It's an easy vote, in my opinion. You can tell by the personality of their leaders.

Hmm your right, I should have specified one of the major alliances/empires as being in Side A or B to give a point of reference.

Could a mod please reset the poll so people can vote again assuming OE is on Side A as a start point

I just edited the poll as advised by 3 mods this would reset it but unfortunately it has not worked, polls always seem a bit glitchy on forums.

Please can a mod copy the poll info to a new thread and delete the old one to start again on votes ?
