I was thinking of starting an alliance called HAVEN. It will be a place for all newcomers or those seeking help to grow and ascend. It will be a pure non warring alliance. No one will be in charge and will not take up much time or effort to maintain.
What it will be
-Sanctuary for newcomers
-People wanting to ascend in peace within a certain time.
-hopefully under protection of whichever alliances want to give it. (Meaning said alliances will not mass people in HAVEN and will help defend it if required). Any issues are to be reported before action taken.
-No one over 10 ascentions can join, and once reached must leave. As at this point should be able to move on to better things.
-Also thinking alliance that offer protection can also send there lower ranked members here to grow in peace to reach 10th ascention.
-An open forum for everyone
-A recruitment section for potenial alliances.
-Cheap UU and ATs offered to those in HAVEN
-A weekly challenge with prizes
-A limit to army size
-We are not here to protect you if you already have issues. We are a non warring group.

More to come, just want feedback and possible help down the road.

Looking for someone who can create a forum, nothing special. And need about 3 more helps to stay on as helpers that are attached to HAVEN, but are of course solo.

Good I like it, could get all major alliances to jump on board and not mass or farm the crap out of Haven

good idea, anything to help new comers is good =] you have my help if needed not sure what i could do tho..

Supply below market priced UU and AT's so they can grow?

And maybe give tips or take one under your wing?

wouldnt they hen need to get help externally, or would you stay and provide that help. otherwise they may aswell jyst join some other peaceful alliance.

Thank you guys. Not much help will be needed really. The biggest help would be the alliances protection. It will not be like a normal alliance, HAVEN will not war, no loyalty is required. You just have to agree to not farm or attack those offering protection and agree to leave once 10th ascention is reached.

I will be around to offer help and guidance and hopefully help from others. Anyone can offer help, hopefully those in HAVEN will help each other too.

fair enough, just i know a lot of newcomers need advice and guidance on what to build, how much to hit for etc. Some dont like talking on forums much, and just like to get the odd bit of help here and there... was making sure that would still be possible

Another thing is recruitment to the alliances offring protection. You can see and keep an eye on possible new members.

Have an open forum that guides are seen but people dont have to register to see it...

Yeah i like that idea. No reason to be closed, so yeah good one.

It's a nice idea but I doubt t will work in the long run unless you negotiate NAPS with all active alliances before you even start the alliance. An alliance full of noobs doing noobish things is just too damn tempting for some people out there, someone will jump the gun eventually...

I agree, i will hopefully speak to some of the bigger alliance leaders to back this project.
As for noobie mistakes, yes they do happen. And whoever was at fault will pay for this mistake, either by giving back damage costs or booted out of HAVEN. It will not be a place to hide from enemies, if any joins for this reason will also be booted.

It will struggle to work, maybe for the first few weeks or a month or two, but eventually someone will see you growing, and with "NAPS" in place members will think they are safe from all, leave to much naq out, to much UU, say something to the wrong person then WHAM, or you will see people joining you for protection and you know yourself it doesnt work like that.

Or worse yet, you sell to someone, who is in a war with another alliance, other alliance the declares your there ally and masses you,

Its been tried so many times before, and it always ends up the same way, the only way NAPS will be granted is if there is something in it for that alliance, as soon as they dont like what they get, or dont need it, the disregard you.
