The aggressor will be, as per the usual, the USA.
They will start a war in the Falklands, instigate and fuel the rising conflict between Britain and Argentina, and then declare it all a UN (read: US) protectorate.

What does the UK government expect when it decommissions our last aircraft carrier ?
Yes we have nukes, but we cant use them, they are purely a deterant against other nuclear nations. Protecting oversea's assets and colonies requires carriers. In 82 we had a fleet capable and an army available to retake the Falklands and the Argies only gambled on our will to fight. Today we barely have a fleet, what few ships we have left are useless without allied air support, and our tiny army is already fully deployed, if the Argies invaded the Falklands tomorrow the UK would have to go begging to the UN to intervene.
