When ascending, if you send your MS out, will it still have 100% of its previous capacity when it returns post-ascension?

yeah nothing will change =] this is for looking for a planet right?

yep! Because after my first ascension I SWEAR I lost some of my MS capacity (without sending it on a planet search).

aha if you attacked someone and they had a built up mothership then you will loose some things but this isn't a permanent loss you can just go back onto ms and re buy vollys and shields.

check ure ms and what ever u do your..

Maximum Volley Capacity
Maximum Shield Capacity
Maximum Fleet Capacity

none of them will go down they can only go up

Hmm i thought the max capacities went down after I ascended.. Maybe it was that technology upgrade.. Anywho it's all done now!

yeah you loose all ure technology.. ow you might be thinking or mothership techs 1-10 yeah that will lower your mothership after you ascend you can join me as an officer if you like.. i will help you out and give you some advice how to get better

Yes you lose the tech upgrades. Any weapons and shields you have above the RAW count will remain after ascension even if you don't buy the tech upgrades again, but when you lose those extras they can't be bought back unless you re-buy the tech upgrades.
