Is it just me that seems to always login to the game when it happens to be turn change? Of all the minutes I could do it on it is nearly always the turn change. What are the chances of that happening so much! It's fricken annoying!

Haha happens to me far to often too.

Even worse is farming an the 3 hour logout takes effect.

But i think it's just because we only every pay attansion to the turn change when we log in because it's annoying, every other time nothing eciting happens lol.

If you remember the days we used to sign in on turn change to bank our naq, perhaps it's become instinctive, a survival mechanism that is no longer needed.

Perhaps it is because we still tend to rely on a nice round :30 or :60 minute interval in real life for lots of other things?


when does your tv show end? the vast majority still end on a :30 or even a :60 minute interval...


if you eat dinner at 6:00 or call your sweetie at 9:00, what time are you likely to finish?


how long does it take you to get a glass of water, and boot the computer?

worst is when you're massing and the 3 hour thing comes up..

knock on wood, but I can't remember the last time I suffered serious consequences on account of that...

it's like the game and I have a telepathic understanding that I won't leave gigantic quantities of stuff in the open after being away for 30 minutes, or being in for 3 hours...
or that if i do, the game will not make me log back in until afterwards...

I can probably call less than 10 times in 4.5 years that I even had to sweat it...


note that's not the same thing as my dropped PPT mistakes of yesteryear...

I used to get that three times in a row on the same day...so annoying...

It's really there to tell you to get up and go outside for a bit
