A New Pact

I am pleased to announce a new Pact..I have named it 'MotL' which stand for Minions of the Lion. It is a pact promising conquest and subsequently galactic peace in the glory of the God Emperor.
All hail the Empire! All hail My minions!
It's member alliances will be announced soon..
