And it has been suggested multiple times.

Even if its just DMU and turns used.. doesn't even have to be ranked..

no point here, you will have to bring it to the admin meet, and then if admin J says yes, it will take about 5 weeks of constant reminder to get it implemented. If he thinks its too hard he wont do anything.

The bad side is people start massing more just to see the numbers get bigger.

JT there is no point in asking that sort of question. It's obvious we have people in this game that like to mass just to increase their ME and we have people that get massed because of ME, and those that don't like people massing just for ME. Therefore you are always going to get people that like ME and don't like ME.

There's no point in someone that likes massing for ME asking someone that doesn't like massing for ME a question like "what's wrong with that", because whatever answer that person gives the other person won't agree with it because they like to mass for ME. So as i said no point in such a question.

No-one playing this game should be against massing, however, back in the very early days way before ME a lot of the massings that happened had good solid reasons such as a mutual decision to do it, an insult, farming, bullying etc. Then as soon as ME came in people started to mass for that, which in my eyes is a lame reason.

The only thing that ME is currently good for is Nostra's Rookie Central, and to give some idea of how a current war is going (but even that is never accurate).

I say no to ME on ascended.

If you are afraid of a few numbers don't play the game, its full of it. With some of the twisted people that have been apart of the history of this game, it would be a very boring indeed. Some people like to mass regardless of a number going up anyway.
