Losses problem

well i nearly allways read in my battle records that i lost 6 planets.
Now i take a look at my cosmic developement and i see that i have lost only one.
As adittion i only use the five planet systems for attacking...

Theres nothing wrong with the battle logs because remember one supra planet uses up 5 planets. So when you use 6 planets in your log that equals 1 supra planet. Hopefully that makes sense.

but what about the other 1
does on of the other five planet system turn into a four planet system

It keeps track of the remaining planets. After 5-6 attacks you will lose 2 supra planets instead of 1. If you get that. (didnt do a great job of explaining it.

Utterly correct, have a gold star. The "phantom planets" accumulate thusly..
you attack and lose 6 planets, you lose 1 supra. Do this 5 times and blammo, another supra blows up.
