A friend was raiding and got this message

I'm guessing its something to do with new untrain supers thing

It's just another way of expressing 2.8 million...

Could be a glitch though.

its another way to write scientific notation (often referred to E notation, which is popular on calculators and programs)... the E stands for "exponent", and the number after E represents the amount of places to move the decimal, +/- shows the direction in which to take the decimal point. - to the left + to the right, at least I think I remembered this correctly

2.8E+6 == 2.8 x 10^6
Its the default display of large numbers for most languages, if not all. They appear in many places on ascended because admin hardly uses the number format call, its also why some numbers appear with out comma's separating the 0's and some do.

no its just another way to express a large number...

and other times it doesn't show up on ascended...

and while I like this game for the math,

more digit grouping ie. format number call is one of my biggest wishes on both servers...

not less...

at the very least, we could have an ingame math lesson to help us out?
