No doubt most of us have a few k of GnR sitting there, maybe its about time we can use it for something other than ascending, if we can even use it for that.

Since its Glory and Reputation perhaps you can trade some in to gain larger amounts of something at the market? 11.6 bill naq x 5 is hardly worth a market turn for most of us now so how about 'Broadening the Market Front and building hyperspace trade routes to lower Costs" for x amount of gnr or something to allow an X permanent increase in market trading values.
It would have to be relative to the resource, i.e 500% in naq, 10% turns 100% in UU or something... And there would have to be cap on the amount of upgrades you do (with an increasing cost).
If it were to be removed each time you ascend then the cost should be in respect to the ascension level.
Although its just a suggestion it would be interesting to know any other ideas for GnR.

How about a variety of things to trade for those points?

How about what you gain through ascending each time you get 1k or 2 weeks pass?

By ascending you get certain amounts of resources, some AT, some naq, some UU. Why not get that each time you use 1k G&R each 2 weeks..

You mean "full supporter status" bonuses, which is currently limited to once per lifetime. It could be a good idea to make it purchase-able multiple times, like the market supporter status, and gain the bonuses again and again, but what about those high ranked players who have GnR in the tens of thousands? They'd get an unfair advantage. Perhaps, limit full supporter bonus to once per week/once per month, whatever - some limitation is required.

Perhaps, make it cost 3 turns, so to balance things out - since the full supporter status gives quite some stuff.

I stated that it could be used once every 2 weeks or so, but perhaps the limit could be broader, maybe once every 3 weeks or a month?

Forgive me if i'm wrong but what he said was the bonus in resources you get when you ascend, which is the equivalent of the $20 package. Therefore if you get it everytime you ascend it is not currently limited to once per lifetime.

The bonuses you get when you ascend are the bonuses you get when you trade the first 1000 gnr for full supporter status, e.g. private trading and give resources.

I don't know about the paid-for services, but they could be similar.

I am talking about the resources you gain from it, not any abilities.

Since you gain those abilities the first time you trade, it'd be redundant. I don't mean the abilities either, just the resources.
At any rate, someone needs to suggest it directly to the admins, since they don't really read all the suggestions on the forums..

Trade 10 G&R/4300 Untrained (10,000,000 Million MAX per week) 2325 G&R used.

Trade 10 G&R/2 Attack Turns (7k MAX per week {Effected by turn House}+xxxx turns) = 2333 G&R used.

Trade 10 G&R/3000000000 Naquadah (7,000,000,000,000 per week) =2333 G&R used.

calculated even amounts for all.

ONLY allowed to pick 1 Gift every Month to trade G&R in return for Resources.(DOES not use MT's)



Also Maybe add a Special Deal using 1 MT to buy all 3 MAX amounts at once (Allowed once every month Resets 00:00 Gamtime on 1st of the following Month.)
