You can onlychange relations after 24 hours, so if you want to set him to war you have to wait 24 hrs
but beware the war setting, if it goes 2 ways war/war theres things that happen...............
You have been warned

ah, yes... death rates go way up on both sides
and No Nox for Nobody...
did I get all of the cage match rules for the 1v1, Ron?

Gandy, you might consider neutral vs. war...

Gandy = neutral
Adversary = war...
too bad that they got to it first...
though I think even setting war has disadvantages for them...
higher death rates for them, and no nox for them when u get the chance to mass back...
Perhaps Ron would like to take me on a war settings tour over in the noobie section?
<< is a war noob too...

This is not a thread to discuss what is the best peace/neutral/war combination. If you want to test that out visit the Vendetta Corner or GC.
Gandy 181, if after 24hrs you still cannot set war with them then there could very well be a bug.
However, if you haven't set relation to them for sometime (prior to the other person setting you to war) it could be that you may have set their alliance to a certain relation within 24hrs before him setting you to war. Unlikely, but something to consider.
Please confirm whether this is still an issue or not so i can lock it or not.
